Paweł Ziółek

Paweł Ziółek graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 1988, in 1989 he graduated from the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Warsaw. He started his career as a scientific researcher in the Institute of Philosophy and Sociology of the Polish Academy of Sciences, and also in the Faculty of Philosophy of the University of Warsaw. In 1994, he defended his doctoral dissertation at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw. He has been the owner of European Policy Consultants - law and legislative firm - since 1995. He graduated from the European Union Law post graduate studies of the University of Warsaw, Management, Financial Consultancy and Finance and Accounting post-graduate studies of the Warsaw School of Economics. He was entered into the register of solicitors held by the District Bar Association in Warsaw in 2010.

Grzegorz Wlazło

Grzegorz Wlazło graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw in 1987, he also finished D.E.A. from Modern and Contemporary History of the University of Paris IV- Sorbonne. In 1991 he was entered into the register of lawyers held by the District Bar Association in Warsaw.

In 1990 he was an apprentice in Law Office „Firm Lafarge, Flecheux et associes" in Paris. In 1992 he was a partner in Law Office “Dobkowski, Kucharski, Wlazło – Spółka Adwokacka”, where he took an active part in legal service in the range of introducing foreign investors, proprietary transformations, formation of new business entities. In 1994-2004 he had been running own Law Office, where he provided legal service of business entities in the range of economic law, tax law, customs law, labour law. Since 2004 he is a partner at Law Firm „Piotr Kuliński, Joanna Jaczewska-Zimińska, Dorota Kulińska Spółka Komandytowa” where he has been dealing with legislative work: review of bills and executive acts, preparing of legal projects, representation i.a. the Government in the legislative process in the Parliament of Poland. In 1990-1997 he was an advisor of the President of the Polish Employers Confederation. He participaed in representation of the Confederation of Polish Employers in various parliamentary and governmental commissions, i.a. in the commission for Labour Law reform and in the constitutional commission of National Assembly. In 1997-2001 he was a permanent expert at Group aimed for Diminishing Bureaucracy of Economy in the Government Economic Committee (so called Balcerowicz’s Committee). That group conducted the review of commercial law paying special attention to limit provisions which constrict the economic development in Poland and to prepare the new legislative solutions. In 2008-2010 he was an advisor of the Minister of Economy. In 2011-2015 he was a Chairman of the Board of Directors in BISK S.A.

Mateusz Szynkaruk

Mateusz Szynkaruk graduated from the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Nicolaus Copernicus University in Toruń and Postgraduate College of Competition Law of the Institute of Law Studies of the Polish Academy of Sciences. Since 2013 he is a member of the District Chamber for Legal Advisers.

Karolina Targańska

In 2002, Karolina Targańska graduated from the Faculty of Law, Administration and Economics of the University of Wrocław. In 2003, she graduated from EU Structural Funds Postgraduate Studies (of the University of Łódź), and in 2006 she finished “Project Management” (Warsaw School of Economics).
